How to convert to PDF

Converting to PDF on Microsoft Teams is simple. A PDF is a Way of formatting a file to be sent without corruption. It uses vector graphics to allow unfocused zoom.

Windows:

Step 1: How To Convert

To Convert to PDF, first open the document you with to use. 

Next - Click file (Top Left) and then print.

Select a printer and choose "Print to PDF" -> print

This should ask where to save the file.

Apple / Mac:

Next - Select the "File" button on the top bar (Next to the apple logo)

Select print to PDF and then click print.
